Sand Hill Communications was founded by Mary McEvoy Carroll in 2007 to serve the needs of technology companies looking for mature, strategic communications support without the financial overhead of a major agency.  Today, Sand Hill Communications is a network of highly experienced independent public relations consultants based in the US, Europe and Asia.  


We promise our clients that they will never endure the bait-and-switch of starting off with the business owner and ending up with a junior account manager.  That's why we are a principals-only organization.
